  1. Great Pinotage

Posted by Stefan Johannes on 17th Nov 2016

If you like Pinotage you cannot go wrong with this wine. However, if you have deeper pockets I would definitely recommend this wine's bigger brother, 21 Gables Pinotage 2013 (my favorite wine I had thus far).

  2. A very good showing for those a bit timid about Pinotage

Posted by Daenna Van Mulligan on 21st Apr 2011

Aromas of red cherries and wild red berries, grilled peppers and spicy carob with an earthy core. The palate is very juicy - again tart red fruit is supported by flavours of cocoa, tobacco and spice with hints of smoky bacon. Nice balance, integrated tannins and plenty of acidity to make this a perfect dinner wine with pasta and red sauce or spiced slow cooker vegetable stews.
